Meet the Management Team

Lee founded Crestwave Solutions in 2015 with a view to challenging the norm of how customers buy and acquire services.
A vastly experienced Sales Professional with a hugely impressive track record In the UK and Global Telecommunications Carrier Market where he held a number of Senior Sales and Director Positions ranging from Global Account Director positions within the BT / AT&T venture Concert, where he was responsible for a combined revenue target of £52 Million for EMEA & Asian Businesses, to the likes Verizon and Telstra International, growing multi-million pound revenues significantly within the Enterprise Market space.

Richard started his Telecoms career in 2005 with a city based reseller Blue Square Telecom that over 8 years he helped grow exponentially which ultimately led to the successful acquisition by Six Degrees Group in 2012 for its extensive client base and relationships specifically in the financial services market. Many of these relationships he is still actively engaged with today.
In 2014 he left the Six Degrees Group to help establish a telecoms division within another city based reseller Panoptic Technology. With his supplier and client based relationships he successfully introduced a wide range of voice and data based services to a new client base as well as retaining previous relationships. This area of the business grew rapidly over his involvement in the 4 years he was there before joining Crestwave Solutions in 2018.
Since joining Crestwave Solutions in 2018 he has used his previous experiences to now run the IT and Telecoms vertical of the business. Richard’s customer led focus has helped grow the business year on year and continues to add new services and products to the portfolio to help support our clients so they can take advantage of a one supplier relationship whilst ensuring the best possible solution for the requirement.
